The design of the project is considered state of the art. The whole structure is on an offshore platform resting on piles. A unique cladding element was used in the exterior cladding of the building which makes it the only building in the country to use Corten steel cladding material. The two cinema halls house 160 persons and the café/restaurant can accommodate up to 300 persons with a kitchen facility.
